College of Menominee Nation Transfer Contract

The University of Wisconsin–Madison offers a Transfer Contract to students attending the College of Menominee Nation (CMN). Students who begin as freshmen at the College of Menominee Nation in the fall of 2007 or after may submit a Declaration of Intent to Participate to UW–Madison’s Office of Admissions prior to completing 30 credits at CMN.
