a course designed for first–year students. Counseling Psychology 125 is a discussion–based course that assists with students’ transition to college and teaches life skills. As a peer leader, she experiences the duties of a teaching assistant and works with faculty and staff to develop lesson plans, grade work, and facilitate a discussion section.
